More on the injunction to stop the EPA on Water rules

Judge Erickson stopped another rampage by the rogue agency.

Now we need to make the stop stick.

  1. Well yes and no. More likely for now it is on pause. The ruling only applies to those 13 states in this one lawsuit. At least according to the EPA the ruling only applies to those 13 mid-western/western states, the ND Attorney General reads the injunction as applying to all 50 states. The EPA has moved forward in the other 37 states where the new water rules went into effect yesterday 28 Aug. EPA has also moved to have the all the lawsuits consolidated, as 30 state have filed lawsuits, to the district court of Washington DC.

  2. An injunction to halt a law should apply to all affected states not just those that filed suit. Another example of Obama Administration lawlessness. Catch us if you can at work.
