We have, here at JS, emphasized so many times that nobody, nobody has died from ambient NOX or small particles, but that EPA has put together junk epidemiological data dredges to make their claims of saving hundreds of thousands from emissions.
So consider this essay that suggests a strategy for VW–a strategy based on a frontal attack on EPA junk science.
I support any effort to expose the nonsense of the EPA claiming they are saving hundreds of thousands of lives from non existent air pollution deaths, and ignorant people accepting those preposterous claims.

It’s been pointed out elsewhere and with some validity that all this started – EPA hysteria, traction in the media – after Germany resumed relations with Iran (and began having second thoughts about suspending trade with Russia). And now all the bureaucracies worldwide – looking to validate themselves and secure additional funding – smell blood. Not just VW is affected, but Audi and Mercedes as well.
Great way to punish Germany indirectly for getting out of line.
