Carbon Dioxide increases are essential to human food supplies

The reason is that more carbon dioxide improves plant drought tolerance. The requirement for water for plant production will be reduced relatively speaking.

    I read that humans are only responsible for 3% of the CO2. If this is true how we make difference?
