Here’s something to consider–live your life responsibly and guess what–you will likely succeed

Simple analysis on a formula by William Galston , former lefty Clinton official about how to be successful.

Galston proposed that you have an only 8?% chance of being a miserable failure if you finish high school, marry before having a child and postpone marriage until age 20.

You might recall that Hernnstein and Murray wrote in The Bell Curve that the key to being successful and avoiding poverty and failure is marry, and keep a job.

I would suggest that such evidence is evidence of the benefit of family and work.

Maybe, you think???

  1. The trick is in the definition of success. If your definition is to be an ultra rich elite pro athlete, your chances of achieving that goal are miniscule. However, if you can learn to be content with what you have, then you are successful. I am not a millionaire or famous but I have a decent job, spend a little less than I make, have a loving wife of 33 years and two grown children who are contributing members of society. I am successful. Any achievement from this point on is cake.

  2. But…..Obama! But…hope and change!
